Documentation

To ensure a smooth admission process, please prepare the following documentation:

• Two recent passport size photographs of the student.
• One recent passport size photograph of the father and the mother.

Photocopy of the below documents are required for Registration:

• Copy of Birth Certificate and Aadhaar card.
• Copy of Immunization Record.
• Proof of Residential Address (Aadhaar Card/ Voter I-D/ Electricity or Phone Bill/ Rent agreement).
• Proof of Organization of Parents (I-card/ Appointment letter/ Bill book Receipt).
• Report Card of the last examination of the student from class I onwards.
• Proof of Sibling/Alumni (Mark sheet/ I-card/ Transfer certificate).
• Certificate of Educational qualification and achievement of parents in any sports (State/National level).
• Certificate of contribution towards any National Cause.
• Transfer Certificate (original to be submitted only after the confirmation of admission).
